Quality Control Inspector / Technician – Precast Concrete

The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for detail , understand go / no-go decisions , and bring valuable experience in precast concrete construction and manufacturing . Key Responsibilities :

• Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct concrete testing, including preparing and testing cylinder samples.
• Oversee stressing operations, calculations, and documentation.
• Participate in plant audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify and document deficiencies, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Perform raw material testing, such as sieve analysis for aggregates.
• Provide final QC approval on loads prior to shipment.
