Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Turnover Tech who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is motivated to help us keep our properties safe, functional, and move-in ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vacant units and assess work that needs to be completed.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on any identified issues.
- Ensure all appliances are in good working order.
- Handle all necessary painting repairs-including drywall repair
- Collaborate with team to ensure all aspects of the turnover process are completed efficiently and within the required timeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, materials used and time spent on each task.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
