Our client is a growing nonprofit organization in Allentown, PA, dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health (MH) challenges. They are deeply rooted in the local community and committed to providing bilingual, culturally responsive care.

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to their clinical team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care, compliance with insurance credentialing requirements, and the continued growth of programs serving the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to staff, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.

Oversee delivery of services related to substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health (MH).

Support staff with case consultation, crisis intervention, and clinical development.

Manage and assist with insurance credentialing and compliance processes.

Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services, especially for bilingual client populations.

Collaborate with leadership to strengthen community partnerships and expand services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a social services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing).

Minimum 3 years of clinical supervisory experience .

Strong background in both substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health (MH) .

Experience with insurance credentialing .

Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred) .

Knowledge of and connection to the Allentown / Lehigh Valley community strongly preferred.

Contract Details

Approx. 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow as programs expand.

Contractor role with flexible scheduling.

Compensation starts at $40 / hour and is negotiable based on experience, bilingual skills, and knowledge of SUD / MH systems.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a social services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing). Minimum 3 years of clinical supervisory experience.
