Description

Allstate Can, a division of The Ohio Art Company, is in need of Machine Operators for the first shift. This position will require work on-site 4 days a week, (Mon - Thurs 6am-4 : 30pm) with overtime potential on Fridays. Machine Operators will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery used in the metal fabrication and manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare machines for operation by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring all components are in place.
• Operate machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure they function correctly.
• Ensure products are made to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance procedures on equipment to prevent breakdowns and uphold peak performance standards.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and timely repairs
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.
