About The Job

As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting our buildings in the greater Boston area. Duties can range widely, including repair and maintenance of equipment, managing vendors, building furniture, supporting our R&D and production, owning the floor plan, and the overall management of the facility. You will build a network of trusted contractors and service providers to service all facilities.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations in our industrial space consisting of production, manufacturing, and test support.
• Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves and changes.
• Project manage capital improvement projects from pre-conception through budgeting, execution, to customer handover.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning, ensuring utilities are in place and workflow is efficient.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure compliance.
• Resolve workplace activities for two warehouses.
• Address fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs across spaces.
• Help set the company culture with senior leadership to maintain a can-do, customer-focused environment and professional image.

Salary and Benefits

US Salary Range : $86,000—$114,000 USD

Healthcare Benefits : The salary range is an estimate based on base salary only and may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Equity grants are included in many full-time offers as part of total compensation.
