As a Quality & Training Manager for Cambrian Homecare, LLC you will be working at the corporate office in Long Beach and will join a results-driven management team dedicated to providing the best possible support and leadership to Cambrian caregivers and staff.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Program
- Develop and oversee a quality assurance program focused on continuous improvement, client / payor satisfaction, and provider safety
- Provide ongoing oversite of quality assurance staff
- Oversee quality coordinator onboarding, training, activities, schedules, assigned case load and ongoing performance
- Evaluate program performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiencies and improve results.
- Participate in the development and enforcement of policies, procedures and workflows to support the success of QA initiatives
- Oversee and participate in complaints, incidents and all other quality related activities requiring follow up and / or resolve
- Responsible for SIR process and completion
- Develop corrective action plans as required and follow through on deliverables
- Monitor service delivery standards, including caregiver performance, care plan implementation, and client outcomes.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify gaps and implement corrective or preventive measures
- Facilitate regular quality improvement meetings with internal stakeholders to review outcomes and action plans
Training and Staff Development
Responsible for the development of training curriculumEnsure training program meets expectations of payer sources and company standardsCoordinate and communicate with internal team on training requirements and needsImplement and oversee standardized training programs for providersOversee training coordinator onboarding, training, activities, schedules, assigned case load and ongoing performanceOversee onboarding, annual training, and continuing education to ensure staff competency and readiness.Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as neededPartner with Human Resources department, BCBA and CPI trainers to identify training needsRegulatory Compliance
Ensure quality and training compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those from the California Department of Social Services, Regional Centers, and other oversight bodiesParticipate in internal compliance audits and coordinate responses to external inspections or licensing reviewsMaintain and update policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practicesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Nursing, Education, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care, developmental disability services, or senior care
At least 3 years of leadership or management experience, including direct staff supervision
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 40%)
Valid driver license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes, community events, training locations and all other required locations when needed
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate training schedules, community events and urgent quality issues
