Position Overview
In this role, you will leverage sales experience, mortgage products knowledge, collaboration and presentation skills, and along with your creativity to help discover, negotiate, and implement initiatives with a defined group of sellers while working closely with business partners across Freddie Mac.
The Single Family Sales Senior is responsible for business management of a designated group of Freddie Mac sellers ranging in size and opportunity. This role requires a keen focus on leading and promoting activities impacting the seller experience, with the objective of growing market coverage, profitability, and technology integration goals.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
