ID+A is a Specialty Contractor whose business is the planning, design, and creation of our customer's corporate, health and learning spaces. We possess in-house expertise in design, prefab construction, furniture, fixtures & equipment and technical services. Our customers come to us because they want one point of contact for the design and execution of their interior projects throughout Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Tennessee.

The Operations department seeks an experienced, hands-on Level 4 Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence throughout all project phases. The Level 4 PM also mentors PMs (Levels 13) and contributes to company goals, process improvement and team development.
Education, Experience and Attributes :
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior construction, field operations, or construction managementStrong technical knowledge of modular / prefabricated systems (e.g., DIRTT, Falkbuilt, Alur, Steelcase, Allsteel) and architectural productsProficient in reading blueprints, site layouts, and floor / ceiling plansFamiliarity with construction codes, permits, and licensing requirementsExperience in full-scale new construction environmentsExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsStrong financial acumen and ability to manage project profitabilityProcess-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvementSkilled in risk management, problem-solving, and negotiationAbility to collaborate across departments and align with strategic goalsMajor Functions of the Position :
Manage customer expectationsDevelop Scope of Work / develop installation planInstallation planning controlProject completion and closeoutLead project teamEssential Duties :
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPrepare and manage scope of work, budgets, timelines, sequencing, and documentationOversee contract management, labor estimating, expense tracking, and budget analysisSupervise subcontractors and provide guidance as neededMaximize installation efficiency through cost control and change order negotiationManage internal project teams, including sales and designCoordinate product ordering, shipping, and phasing based on project requirementsConduct final walkthroughs, resolve punch lists, and ensure customer satisfactionTrain subcontractors on ID+As Receiving / Delivery / Installation expectations, and Punch List processesAttend and document internal and external project meetingsDevelop Gantt charts and other planning documentation as neededManage change orders and invoicingCoordinate logistics with Sales Account Specialists and subcontractorsArrange for additional trades and equipment when necessaryTravel and occasional evening / weekend work requiredMust be physically capable of visiting job sites during all phases of constructionLeadership & Mentorship :
