Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in interior construction, field operations, or construction management Strong technical knowledge of modular / prefabricated systems (e.g., DIRTT, Falkbuilt, Alur, Steelcase, Allsteel) and architectural products Proficient in reading blueprints, site layouts, and floor / ceiling plans Familiarity with construction codes, permits, and licensing requirements Experience in full-scale new construction environments Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project profitability Process-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and negotiation Ability to collaborate across departments and align with strategic goals Manage customer expectations Develop Scope of Work / develop installation plan Installation planning control Project completion and closeout Lead project team Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Prepare and manage scope of work, budgets, timelines, sequencing, and documentation Oversee contract management, labor estimating, expense tracking, and budget analysis Supervise subcontractors and provide guidance as needed Maximize installation efficiency through cost control and change order negotiation Manage internal project teams, including sales and design Coordinate product ordering, shipping, and phasing based on project requirements Conduct final walkthroughs, resolve punch lists, and ensure customer satisfaction Train subcontractors on ID+As Receiving / Delivery / Installation expectations, and Punch List processes Attend and document internal and external project meetings Develop Gantt charts and other planning documentation as needed Manage change orders and invoicing Coordinate logistics with Sales Account Specialists and subcontractors Arrange for additional trades and equipment when necessary Travel and occasional evening / weekend work required Must be physically capable of visiting job sites during all phases of construction Align project strategies with company goals and the Vision / Traction Organizer (V / TO) Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning Identify skill gaps in junior PMs and recommend appropriate training Support refinement and implementation of project management processes

ID+A is a Specialty Contractor whose business is the planning, design, and creation of our customer's corporate, health and learning spaces. We possess in-house expertise in design, prefab construction, furniture, fixtures & equipment and technical services. Our customers come to us because they want one point of contact for the design and execution of their interior projects throughout Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Tennessee.

The Operations department seeks an experienced, hands-on Level 4 Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence throughout all project phases. The Level 4 PM also mentors PMs (Levels 13) and contributes to company goals, process improvement and team development.
