Sr. Process Improvement Consultant
The Sr. Process Improvement Consultant plans, organizes, and monitors the pre-implementation of small to medium-sized deliverables and process improvement initiatives for a large global technology company. This job is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function. They are responsible for reducing the risk of defects in all products and processes by creating playbooks, SOPs, and process improvement for facilities operations. Up to 25% travel may be required.
What You'll Do
- Work with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with process and technology managers to define technology requirements.
- Develop and maintain multi-tiered process development and optimization programs. Update documentation of process overviews, details, and process flows and present to Sr. management.
- Make sophisticated process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.
- Research and resolve issues identified in the processes and systems of a client's organization.
- Design and implement new processes to improve service delivery and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Apply progressive knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.
- Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and / or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
- Communicate difficult and involved ideas with the ability to influence.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification required.The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Why CBRE?
