Coverage Needed : Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : Ongoing Schedule : 1 of every 4 weeks, Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM Inpatient from 7AM-7PM with night call 7PM-7AM Clinical Details : Focus : Advanced Heart Failure, no transplant aspect Work in tandem with 3 staff physicians Heavily critical care focused Management of ECMO, VV and VA Impella, Durable LVADs Participate in the shock program Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD Patient Encounters Per Shift : 10-12 Rounding Patients : Assigned, unassigned EMR : Epic Trauma level 1 Inpatient practice setting Call Type : Beeper including phone consults Call Ratio : 1 : 4 Call Response Time Required : 20 minutes Requirements : Board Certification Required Advanced Heart Failure or Critical Care Cardiology training Licensed in WA or IMLC Fellowship preferred BLS
