Job descriptionMust possess math skills for counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication Must have excellent attendance and work records Must be able to stand for long periods Must possess the ability to read schedules, product information, and technical language Manufacturing experience a plus High school education preferred Willingness to work overtime when necessary or required Counting and packaging finished products (including quantity) Detecting quality defects Preventing contamination of material Housekeeping in work area, including equipment Peeling and grinding plastic Following instructions of lead person and help other line operators Communicating any maintenance / equipment problems observed Follow safety policies Complete all projects and duties as assigned Firing up sheet lines Clean grinders that are under lock-out / tag-out Utilize idle time wisely i.e., clean, inquire, assist others Understand how your job impacts the ISO-9000 policy
