Maid Right Domestic Cleaner Position

Position of outreach : Professional domestic cleaners will be trained and managed by the Manager of Quality Control / Regional Office. The long-term successful cleaner is attracted by family-friendly schedules, trust, the authority to work independently, and good relationships with coworkers and long-term clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

Maintain an appearance and behavior consistent with the MAID RIGHT image
Communicate with the Quality Assurance Manager / Regional Office to accept new jobs, provide feedback on current jobs, etc.
Clean homes to the MAID RIGHT brand quality level
Inspect your own work and that of your team at the client's home to ensure it is complete, thorough, and meets MAID RIGHT quality standards and meets or exceeds customer expectations
Ensure that client homes are closed and secure when leaving. Handling of client keys
Ensure that you always properly care for client properties
Document and resolve all client problems, suggestions, comments, hazards, injuries, security violations, breakages, damages, etc.
Fulfill all essential functions of a cleaner

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION PREREQUISITES :

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions

Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of safety and professionalism

Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene

Acceptable driving record and proof of valid driver's license and insurance

Agility - Cleaners must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, lift, and move consistently with normal maintenance activities, such as vacuuming, cleaning, polishing, scrubbing, etc.

Standard business hours : Cleaners must meet, maintain, and be available to work the required customer service schedule without delay, interruption, or early departure (generally Monday to Friday).

System : Cleaners must use approved equipment and supplies, and learn, understand, remember, and execute the required cleaning tasks, sequences, procedures, and precautions defined in the MAID RIGHT system.

Employee dishonesty linkage : All employees of a MAID RIGHT franchise must be linked and insured against employee dishonesty so that they cannot have any record of known dishonest acts or convictions for criminal or delinquent acts.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS :

Manual dexterity to operate a variety of cleaning equipment

Ability to lift 15 pounds to load and unload equipment

ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE :

Chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions

Air-conditioned / heated home / apartment

Low to medium noise levels, typical of cleaning equipment operations

Lighting as found in typical home environments
