Our client is currently seeking a qualified Refresh Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform laptop refresh, primarily Windows and MacBook based.
• Image and configure laptops for end-users.
• Ship equipment to end-users with return labels; old equipment will be returned to headquarters.
• Perform data backups and restorations using OneDrive.
• Wipe and reimage old equipment for donations.
• Assist shipping, imaging, and / or restoration teams if split.

Skills and Qualifications :

Wage Range :

The rate for this position is between $18.00 - $27.00 per hour . Factors affecting starting pay include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
