Your Mission (If you choose to accept it):

As our clinical specialist, you will be the "Shield and the Healer" of our facility. You will:

• Master the Wound: Conduct deep-dive assessments and craft individualized healing journeys for our residents.

• Innovate & Educate: Introduce the latest dressings and therapies while turning our floor staff into wound-care experts.

• Guard the Gates: Design and lead a bulletproof Infection Control program that sets the gold standard for long-term care.

• Audit for Excellence: Use your sharp eye to spot risks before they become problems.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Credentials: A valid Pennsylvania RN License.

• The Experience: At least 2 years of wound care mastery (LTC experience is a huge plus!).
