About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Kindred, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered, fast-paced environment where meaningful relationships come first. You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care across all stages of life.
What You’ll Do
- Own patient care : Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate physical conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with physicians : Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
- Lead diagnostic efforts : Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, EKGs) to uncover the root cause of health concerns.
- Provide holistic care : Counsel patients on growth, development, family planning, preventative care, and overall wellness.
- Perform procedures : Deliver essential procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations, all aimed at helping patients thrive.
- Supervise and coordinate : Guide medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
What You’ll Bring
