    • Guaranteed base of $325K for Assistant Professor + clinical productivity bonus and academic incentive bonuses

  • Compensation is negotiable based on desired work / life balance

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be BC / BE and fellowship trained in FPMRS
  • Background in urology is strongly preferred
  • Eligibility for Kentucky Medical License
