What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional primary care to a dedicated patient panel through a streamlined direct care model
- Perform a variety of in-office procedures including I&Ds, suturing / removals, skin biopsies, and both men’s and women’s health visits
- Communicate with patients through secure phone, text, and email channels for efficient follow-up and care continuity
- Manage chronic diseases early—when they are still reversible—while empowering patients to take charge of their health
- Collaborate with a Medical Assistant to ensure patients receive timely and coordinated attention
- Leverage excellent communication skills to delegate tasks effectively and focus on direct patient care
- Participate in a modern, connected care model that allows for real-time patient communication (personal cell phone used via secure system; personal numbers are not shared)
What You’ll Bring
Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of TexasNational certification (NCCPA for PAs or Board Certification for NPs)Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in family practice or primary careExperience performing common procedures such as I&Ds, suturing, biopsies, IVs, and preventive health visitsComfort managing care for all ages in a primary care settingProficiency with electronic medical records and scheduling platformsActive or eligible DEA registration and BLS certificationStrong interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for patient engagementBenefits
