What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional primary care to a dedicated patient panel through a streamlined direct care model
• Perform a variety of in-office procedures including I&Ds, suturing / removals, skin biopsies, and both men’s and women’s health visits
• Communicate with patients through secure phone, text, and email channels for efficient follow-up and care continuity
• Manage chronic diseases early—when they are still reversible—while empowering patients to take charge of their health
• Collaborate with a Medical Assistant to ensure patients receive timely and coordinated attention
• Leverage excellent communication skills to delegate tasks effectively and focus on direct patient care
• Participate in a modern, connected care model that allows for real-time patient communication (personal cell phone used via secure system; personal numbers are not shared)
