Software Asset Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for SAM operations

Monitor software utilization, license compliance, and procurement analytics

Generate Effective License Position (ELP) reports and audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT asset reporting roles

Expertise in ServiceNow SAM Workspace dashboards, data analysis, and reporting

Strong skills with SQL, Excel, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics

Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM) certification or equivalent is preferred
