Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician I for a contract opportunity. Essential Responsibilities / Job Duties Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment. Utilizes ticketing system. Re-images computers, repairing computers, performs data migrations and restorations. Position Requirements1+ year of hands-on desktop support experience Comp Tia A+ certified preferred, any desktop or laptop repair certifications welcomed Intune and SCCM imaging experience preferred Service Now ticketing system knowledge preferred.
