We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on processing documentation, opening new accounts, and managing data entry tasks with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into the system with attention to detail.
- Process documentation related to opening and managing new accounts.
- Utilize software tools, including MO / Netx360, for data entry into Pershing accounts.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the specified contract duration.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
- Familiarity with MO / Netx360 software or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in an office environment during standard business hours (M-F, 7-4 or 8-5).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle sensitive information securely and professionally.
- All candidates are required to undergo verification processes, including fingerprint and credit checks.
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.
