What You Can Expect to Earn

  • Average $500-$650 per week
  • Cash tips daily - Most team members consistently take home $100+ per week in tips, often more depending on location and shift
  • On weeks with overtime, earnings can exceed $700

  • Earnings vary depending on location, shift schedule, and individual performance. Reliable team members typically fall within or above this range.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 21 years of age or older - Required for insurance coverage
  • A valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently
  • A professional, well-groomed appearance - you are the face of the property
  • Willingness to stand, walk, and move quickly throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with guest belongings as needed
  • A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude - especially during busy times
  • Must be able to pass a background check
