Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline. Implements and supports continuous improvement and business process changes. The candidate for this position must be local to the WI / MN areas as there is no relocation assistance or sponsorship for this position.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands.
• Analyze and communicate value stream and / or supply chain capacity and constraints.
• Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools, such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics / warehouse groups and material planners.
• Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver)

Compensation : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68K-$102K annually.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

Profit Sharing : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
