- Monday - Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage flex weekday
- 36 hours guaranteed per week can request 40 hours
- 85 - 88% productivity expectation
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- EMR : NetHealth (Rehab Optima)
- SNF or sub-acute rehab experience required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
