Clinical Pharmacist Outpatient Contract Paraje, New Mexico

Summary :

A Tribal outpatient facility in Paraje, NM is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care and support the community through safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services. Local applicants are preferred, though travel candidates may be considered.

Schedule :

Monday Friday : 8 : 00am 6 : 30pm (4x10s)

Occasional Saturdays : 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm

Responsibilities :

Provide patient counseling and guidance on medications

Perform final prescription checks and verification

Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians

Dispense medications in compliance with regulations

Requirements :

Current New Mexico pharmacist license in good standing

PharmD degree required

BLS certification required

Immunization certification preferred
