Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and service inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers about service recommendations
- Document work performed using mobile service software
- Ensure systems are running safely and efficiently
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Stay compliant with safety standards and regulations
- Participate in on-call or weekend rotation during peak seasons
