The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco :

• Design, develop, and scale the core ad serving engine powering Moloco Ads , handling real‑time bidding at massive scale.
• Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, and efficiency across a high‑impact, high‑ownership system.
• Build and maintain the core infrastructure that processes and optimizes ad delivery decisions.
• Work within the OpenRTB ecosystem , handling bid requests and responses in real time.
• Develop systems that determine which ads are served to which bids , operating at up to 10 million QPS (queries per second) at peak.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with data, ML, and infra teams to continuously improve performance and business outcomes.

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range :

$184,000 - $230,000 USD
