$250,000 to $260,000 per year

Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine)

Location : New York (Exact location confidential)

Position Type : Full-Time Permanent

Schedule : 4- or 5-day work week 40 hours total (34 hours clinical)

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $250,000 $260,000

Productivity Incentives : Available

Starting Bonus : Up to $75,000 (paid in first paycheck)

Retention Bonus : $25,000 at start of year 2
