A Digital Marketer at 5 Stones is responsible for assisting the agency in setting strategy for our clients, consulting with clients as needed throughout a project's lifecycle, and delivering ongoing results across channels. As strategic thinkers and / or executor, digital marketers have a portfolio of active clients and others for whom they review the work of other team members and execute the work individually. Depending on expertise and experience, the roles within the marketing team allow these talented professionals to drive results for our clients collaboratively with the rest of the agency.

Qualifications

A clear, energetic, and empathetic communicator capable of building strong relationships with our clients and with colleagues

Comfortable in the nuances, pace, and changing dynamics of an agency serving a broad spectrum of clients from across the Catholic space

A person with professional experience driving results across various aspects of digital marketing—social media, content creation, paid media, email, SEO, etc.

A person with gifts and insights into what it takes to effectively find, convince, convert, and engage our clients’ audiences

Comfortable handling difficult conversations, pushing the team to drive towards a desired result, and presenting in front of a client in order to win trust and demonstrate results

A data-driven decision maker paired with a natural sense of curiosity and creativity

Highly interested in distributing credit to the team rather than amassing accolades and admiration for oneself

Humble and aware of their deep goodness and dignity as a beloved child of God

Location

We believe that the culture and community of 5 Stones are critically important to our mission of serving clients and helping our employees thrive in every aspect of their lives. For this reason, we strongly prefer this team member to be located onsite in Sycamore, Illinois (60 miles west of Chicago).
