Job description :

This is a long-term contract, so there is no end date. It is a hybrid position, so there will be 2 specific days of the week required in office.

• The candidate is an experienced Payroll professional with expertise in processing payroll for employees across multiple states.
• This includes paying wages, withholding and reporting taxes, and administering benefits. Processed Biweekly for approximately 3,500 employees with 5 entities.
• Responsible for record-keeping of vacations, taxable wages, earnings, and deductions, organizational chart changes, cost centers, OM&CPM, work location, and schedule changes. Experienced in employee data processing related to payroll, benefits, training, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors HRMS and Kronos / UKG timekeeping experience all a plus and attendance using HRMS software.
• Resolved timecard discrepancies, ran reports, reviewed and made historical edits, and processed tax withholdings
