Ø Home Health Aides (HHA).

Candidates are required to have a professional appearance anda genuine desire to be valuable to our clients.

Per-diem shifts, NewYork City, Brooklyn, and Queens. Shifts vary from 3-12 / hours.

The ideal candidate mustpossess a well-versed knowledge of the nursing process, with a marked professionaldemeanor. Additionally, the candidate will be required to demonstrate self-confidence,be an advocate, and foster a professional relationship with high profileclients.

Valid New York State RN, LPN, HHA license,

BLS, ACLS, (RN's and LPN's)

Work authorization.

Physical, (Within One Year) with a Drug test.

Tuberculosis Test (Within One Year)

Flu Immunization, (Within One Year)

Titers (and / or Immunization records)

Two letters of recommendation, from co-workers or managers

Original Social Security Card

Passport or Driver's License
