Salary : $150,000$200,000 / year - depending on experience

Overview

I'm working with a respected Commercial General Contractor based in Los Angeles that's seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background in HCAI (Healthcare Construction and Inspection) projects. Must have direct work with GC's.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage the entire project lifecycle from bidding and estimating through completion. Candidates must have legitimate, hands-on estimating experience and be confident managing that process independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of HCAI and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Prepare detailed budgets, bids, and schedules managing all estimating efforts directly.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure complete and accurate bids.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and HCAI officials to resolve design and compliance issues.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and field personnel.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
