• $290k - $305k salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance

• Clinic is open from 8 am - 5 pm; see 13 - 18 patients per day
• 5+ years of experience preferred for this employed position
• IM, FP, med-ped, and geri physicians are welcome to apply
• 60% clinical and 40% admin
