Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our growing team with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts employee experience and company culture.

Position Overview

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support across HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and safety initiatives. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential employee information with the highest integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

Onboarding & New Hire Support

Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and system setup

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation to set employees up for success

Payroll Administration

Process and review payroll accurately and on time using Paylocity

Address payroll questions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll records

Safety & Compliance

Support safety initiatives, maintain compliance records, and track training completion

Assist in maintaining company compliance with HR policies and regulations

HR Support

Maintain accurate employee files and records

Assist with benefits administration and other HR projects as needed

Qualifications

Required : Experience with Paylocity payroll system

2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related administrative role

Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, HR compliance, and recruiting best practices

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay : $23 – $29 / hr (DOE)
