Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions when installing or repairing HVAC systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Certification or license as an HVAC technician (preferred)
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC / R)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Ability to plumb, weld, and perform basic electrical work as needed
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
