Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
