Monday through Friday 9 AM 5 PM; occasional evening / weekend events in the community; occasional weekend client intake meetings90% field-based, 10% office-basedJob Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, cultivating referral relationships, and increasing awareness of our services in the local community. This role focuses on sales growth through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship management with healthcare professionals, facilities, and families.The service area includes Garland, Lavon, Plano, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, and WylieResponsibilities
Identify and pursue new client and referral opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community involvementDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, physicians, and discharge plannersEducate referral partners and potential clients about services offered by the agencyConduct in-home consultations and assist in onboarding new clientsCollaborate with the agency team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfactionTrack and report sales activities and results using CRM toolsParticipate in community events, expos, and marketing campaigns to promote agency visibilityAchieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by leadershipQualifications
Below are preferred qualifications, though we will hire and train the right person if lacking some preferred skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development in home care or healthcare industry preferred.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of the local market and referral sources is a plusValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service areaProficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applicationsPay
Base Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experiencePlus Commissions and / or Bonuses (no cap)Mileage ReimbursementCompany Overview
