Description :
Summary : Assist in the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment plans of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with day-to-day activities, monitoring behavior, recording and collecting data on progress, and communicates and coordinates with supervisor on progress, concerns, or changes in the implementation of the treatment plan.

While performing the duties of this job, employees will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to Easterseals Arkansas.
Employee has access to all client protected health information within his / her program. Employee will not attempt to access any other protected health information unless otherwise approved by Supervisor or Privacy Officer.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
No direct reports. No supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements :
Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and / or Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one-year experience of working with children who have disabilities required. Certification as Registered Behavior Technician preferred.
