Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Live Oak, California. This opportunity offers guaranteed hours , a supportive work environment, and the chance to work in a peaceful, scenic region of Northern California.

Job Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments

Help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications :

Active California Physical Therapist license

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification required

Previous clinical experience preferred
