About the Team :

At the start of 2025, the Retail Bank Product Operations established four key objectives centered around enabling efficient and effective delivery of customer & business value across the product delivery lifecycle :

In this role, you will be accountable for defining and installing the product standards and practices that will make the product community great as the business and customer landscape continues to evolve. From day one, you will collaborate with smart, passionate leaders across functional areas to create the playbook that will equip product teams to efficiently and effectively deliver Customer and Business value. In short, this leader will lead the strategy for defining our approach for enabling and cultivating bank product leaders for the future while engaging / influencing enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

New York, NY : $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
