Trillium Construction is now seeking a Traveling Field Electrician for direct-hire!

Our client is a National on-shore land drilling contractor specializing in pad rigs used for the development of heavy oil and shale gas resources. They are now hiring a Traveling Field Electrician for work throughout the Permian Basin.

Direct hire. Pay is up to $45 / hr plus OT. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, will be working 90 hrs a week. Housing provided, $50 / daily per diem, Company vehicle w / gas card. M / V / D, 401K, PTO and holiday pay.

Duties :

• Perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting issues and general repair of drilling equipment.
• Diagnose electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and part catalogs as necessary.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Perform electrical installs, maintenance and repair wiring systems, fixtures and electrical equipment.
• Perform repairs of motors, generators, make connections and termination
