What You’ll Do

• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, plumbing, generators, fire suppression, and life safety systems.
• Perform general building repairs, patching, painting, and minor electrical work.
• Monitor and maintain electronic work-order systems for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and reliability.
• Operate tools and equipment for repairs and installations.
• Support inventory management and assist with moving and storage tasks.
