Job Overview
As the Brand President / General Manager of GF Sprague & Company, a prominent Brand in the Infinity Home Services (IHS) platform, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the business, responsible for its full P&L performance and long-term success. This role is critical in delivering on our mission of “Saving our Communities from Unscrupulous Contractors” by building high-performing teams, ensuring high-quality project production, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable growth of the brand.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will work closely with functional leaders to drive organic growth in your market by developing and deploying local sales and business strategies to optimize performance and increase revenue. As the face of the Brand, you will lead with integrity, inspire performance, and ensure the brand operates at its highest potential in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall strategy, operations, and execution to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Own and manage full P&L accountability, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all functions by leveraging data and KPIs to make informed decisions and streamline performance.
- Drive sales performance by supporting effective go-to-market strategies and optimizing conversion, lead flow, and market share.
- Lead the Brand to consistently deliver high-quality projects by applying industry expertise with a focus on safety, cost efficiency, and scalable execution.
- Champion a data-driven culture through consistent use of KPIs / OKRs to assess performance and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with IHS Regional Partners to curate and execute marketing, financial, and people strategies.
- Execute IHS corporate strategies particularly the three components of the Triad – Customers, People, and Prosperity – as actionable brand initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and development.
- Oversee customer experience and community engagement to strengthen brand reputation and loyalty.
- Manage additional responsibilities, initiatives, or special projects to meet the evolving operational needs of the brand.
Requirements
7+ years of related experience leading people and managing a P&L.Strong understanding of sales and operations in a consumer service business.Prior experience leading a business in residential remodeling or construction helpful, but not required.Strong business and financial acumen.Demonstrated ability to apply a people and customer service lens to everything, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience and positive interactions throughout the team.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of ensuring actions align with overarching strategy and goals.Ability to think strategically and creatively to foster win-win solutions for both the short term and long term.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, customers, and external partners.Benefits

This position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year depending on a variety of factors. This position offers additional performance-based compensation and equity opportunities.
