Who We Serve
Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional-age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education, and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal-eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.
What We Offer
The initial compensation for this position ranges from $21.44- $26,34 per hour.

The Position Family Specialist II
JOB SUMMARY
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. The Family Specialist II trains or oversees the development of a strength-based relationship with youth and caregivers. Models how to implement positive behavior change through the creation of behavioral strategies that will support stabilization in the home and community. Does whatever it takes to meet the needs of the family in a strength-based approach while also preserving the family unit. Assists in transitioning kids to the lowest level of care. Provides staff with morale building, leadership development, role modeling, and overall support to the Family Specialist I to ensure that needs are met for families and each other. Continues to bring creativity and strength-based philosophy to the office and our families. Works independently in the family's home and a variety of community and / or treatment settings. This position works directly with children and adults.
