Sand & Gravel Dispatcher – North Texas

Our client, a rapidly growing aggregates company in North Texas, is seeking a Sand & Gravel Dispatcher to manage daily truck dispatch across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. With 130–150 trucks running daily and a 12+ month backlog, they need a high-performing dispatcher to help scale operations.

Position : Sand & Gravel Dispatcher

Location : North Texas (Relocation Provided)

Compensation : Competitive base salary + performance bonus

What You’ll Do :

Dispatch and coordinate 130–150 gravel trucks daily

Assign routes, schedule loads, and track deliveries

Communicate with drivers, vendors, and clients

Ensure compliance with DOT and internal policies

Use dispatching software to manage routes and timing

Collaborate with leadership in a team-first environment

What You Bring :

5+ years in dispatch (sand, gravel, or aggregates)

Strong knowledge of North TX and Southern OK routes

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Proficiency in dispatching / routing systems
