Document Migration Assistant

The Document Migration Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the accurate and efficient transfer of employee and HR-related documents into the new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information securely. This is a temporary position not expected to exceed three months.

Essential Functions : An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation :

• Collect, organize, and prepare existing HR documents for migration into the new HRIS platform.
• Verify document accuracy and completeness before uploading.
• Ensure proper classification and tagging of documents according to project guidelines.
• Assist in scanning and digitizing paper documents when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to resolve document-related issues.
• Document and report any discrepancies or missing files to the project lead.
• Provide support in testing and validating document accessibility within the HRIS.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the HRIS Project Lead.
