Job description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our pharmaceutical client. This role involves handling client emails and calls, providing professional service, and performing advanced data entry and processing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and experience working in a regulated environment.

Must Haves :

  • 1-3 years for customer service / liaison / analyst experience.
  • Experience in banking / finance / analyst / research / data entry roles
  • Strong communication and writing / typing skills.
  • Comfortability with repetitive environment and tasks.

Preferred :

  • Excel experience
  • Go into spreadsheet and not mess up
  • Not be scared
  • Does NOT want anyone who has mainly worked in high call volume customer service roles. Ex. Teleperformance

    Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails with an occasional phone call from providers and clients and report all conversations and findings.
  • Accurately log and track all customer interactions in systems and databases.
  • Process orders and service requests in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform higher-level data entry tasks, including verifying product information, updating records, and generating reports.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and regulatory affairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Job Type : 6-month contract to hire opportunity

    Location : REMOTE - but must sit in the Greater Richmond Area

    Hourly Pay : $18-$19 / hr

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
