A company is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual care and support to adult members through video consults and messaging

Document encounter summaries in the practice management system and collaborate with the Care Delivery team

Serve as an ambassador of the care model, delivering culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

Must be certified as a nurse-midwife (CNM) and reside in the United States

Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor

In good standing with applicable medical boards, with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions

3+ years of experience as an independently licensed provider and in telehealth
