We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Auto Insurance Advisor to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will guide clients in selecting the right auto insurance policies, explain coverage options, and ensure they receive the best protection for their vehicles at competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert advice on car insurance plans, vehicle coverage, and policy renewals.

Assist clients in comparing auto insurance quotes and selecting plans that meet their needs and budget.

Educate customers on insurance terms, deductibles, and claim processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and market trends.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for policy retention and referrals.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree or certification in Insurance, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as an insurance advisor or sales representative.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Familiarity with auto insurance software and CRM tools.
