What Youll Do :

As a Talent Specialist, youll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. Youll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities from temp gigs to full-time placements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.
• Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and in conversation.
• Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

💰 Salary : $46,000$52,000 (DOE) + Monthly Commissions

🕒 Schedule : MonFri, 8am 430pm (No weekends!)
