Express Employment Professionals is assisting a growing professional services firm in the Philadelphia area is looking to add a client-focused technical coordinator to their team. This full-time hybrid opportunity involves supporting a long-term partnership with a major nationwide client, overseeing technical solution delivery across dozens of sites throughout the U.S.
This individual will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to guide the deployment of standardized systems in commercial environments. The position is best suited for someone who is both relationship-driven and technically fluent, with experience managing complex projects across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do :
Serve as the go-to contact for an assigned client portfolio, working with both corporate and site-level teams.
Coordinate national site deployments with internal team leads and field personnel.
Help structure and review proposals for new projects using existing templates and tools.
Validate site plans and layouts through review software commonly used in construction and engineering.
Provide input on building technology solutions including communications systems, security equipment, and networking devices.
Work with client support teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor service delivery and help improve processes for consistent execution across projects.
Prepare updates, track performance, and identify areas for account growth.
What We’re Looking For :
Background in technical client management, engineering coordination, or systems delivery
Experience supporting projects across multiple regions or property locations
Proficiency with drawing review tools and proposal-building platforms
Understanding of connected devices and commercial technology systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel on occasion (typically under 10%)
Ideal Experience :
Familiar with security, communications, or building systems from known industry vendors
Able to work independently while staying connected with a cross-functional team
Experience working with real estate, facilities, or infrastructure projects
Comfort with tools used for tracking workflows, updating project documentation, and engaging with clients
